Carrying your infant in their car seat? Suitcase carries will build that core.

High intensity training elevates the metabolism, lowers resting heart rates, reduces body fat, increases bone density, and improves respiratory rates.

CrossFit can also improve power output, speed, endurance, and reduces chance of injury in sports.
To get the most out of CrossFit, you must have a balance of high intensity exercise and heavy lifting paired with intentional rest periods and recovery.
